How We Use Your Data

• ›Display analytics dashboards and reports for your dealership
• ›Run automated analysis (miscode detection, lead scoring, customer intelligence, leakage detection)
• ›Generate manager-facing summaries and conversational responses
• ›Improve platform reliability and features

AI and Subprocessors

RedLine7 uses internal AI for dealership analysis and manager-facing conversations. External AI providers may be used only for limited lead-response or conversational-response features where enabled. RedLine7 is designed to minimize unnecessary customer PII exposure to outside AI providers. We do not sell or rent dealer data. Limited subprocessors may be used to operate specific platform functions.

Data Ownership

• ›Your dealership owns all of its data at all times.
• ›We are a processor, not an owner of your business data.
• ›Dealer data is isolated to your organization — other dealers cannot see it.

Data Deletion and Offboarding

• ›Request deletion at any time by emailing mike@redline7.com
• ›Upon offboarding or cancellation, dealership data is deleted within 30 days
• ›Account data (name, email) retained only as required for billing or legal records

Security

• ›All data encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• ›Session-based authentication with role-based access control
• ›Read-only access to dealer data sources where supported by the integration
• ›Authorized dealership data only — no scraping or unauthorized sources
