1. Service Description

RedLine7 is a dealer intelligence platform providing analytics, CRM intelligence, fixed ops insight, and operational reporting for automotive dealerships using CDK Drive DMS via Fortellis APIs.

2. Subscription Terms

›Subscriptions are negotiated directly between RedLine7 and the dealer group.
›Pricing is provided by private quote based on rooftops, modules, integrations, data scope, and onboarding requirements.
›Cancellation terms are set in the dealer-specific service agreement.

3. Data Ownership

›All dealership data remains the sole property of the subscribing dealer group
›RedLine7 does not claim ownership of any dealer financial, customer, or operational data
›Data is used solely to provide the RedLine7 platform services

4. Data Security

›All data encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
›Role-based access control limits data visibility by user role
›Read-only access to dealer data sources where supported by the integration

5. Estimates and No Guarantee

RedLine7 may identify estimated opportunities, suspected leakage, process gaps, or potential gross impact. These estimates are informational and do not guarantee revenue, profit, sales, repair orders, appointments, or performance improvement.

6. Limitation of Liability

›RedLine7 is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind
›RedLine7 is not liable for business decisions made based on platform data
›Total liability limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim
›RedLine7 is not responsible for CDK / Fortellis API availability or third-party data accuracy

7. Acceptable Use

›Users must maintain confidentiality of login credentials
›Users must not attempt to access other organizations' data
›Users must not reverse engineer or scrape the platform
›Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination

8. Termination

›Either party may terminate per the dealer-specific service agreement
›Upon termination, dealer data is deleted within 30 days
›Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Grayson County, Texas.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days email notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
