1. Service Description

RedLine7 is a dealer intelligence platform providing GL analytics, CRM intelligence, and operational reporting for automotive dealerships using CDK Drive DMS via Fortellis APIs.

2. Subscription Terms

• ›Subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contracts
• ›Pricing is per rooftop per month as listed on our website
• ›30-day money back guarantee on initial subscription
• ›Cancel at any time — no cancellation fees

3. Data Ownership

• ›All dealership data remains the sole property of the subscribing dealer group
• ›RedLine7 does not claim ownership of any dealer financial, customer, or operational data
• ›Data is used solely to provide the RedLine7 platform services

4. Data Security

• ›All data encrypted in transit and at rest
• ›Role-based access control limits data visibility by user role
• ›Multi-factor authentication available for administrative accounts

5. Limitation of Liability

• ›RedLine7 is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
• ›RedLine7 is not liable for business decisions made based on platform data
• ›Total liability limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim
• ›RedLine7 is not responsible for CDK/Fortellis API availability or data accuracy

6. Acceptable Use

• ›Users must maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• ›Users must not attempt to access other organizations' data
• ›Users must not reverse engineer or scrape the platform
• ›Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination

7. Termination

• ›Either party may terminate at any time with 30 days notice
• ›Upon termination, dealer data is deleted within 30 days
• ›Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Grayson County, Texas.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days email notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
